Helen Mirren Bikini Photo and Video – Smokin’ Hot at 63!

Helen Mirren may be turning 63 years old in a mere few weeks but that doesn’t mean she can’t rock a smokin’ hot bikini like the rest of Tinsel Town's finest celebs.

While vacationing in Puglia, Italy, Mirren made headlines when she stepped onto the beach in a fiery red bikini and a smokin’ hot body.

The toned and tanned actress is giving stars like Jessica Simpson and Carrie Underwood a run for their money – and may even secure a top 10 position on the hottest Hollywood beach bodies list.

The busty sex kitten (is it okay to call someone a sex kitten at 63?) flaunted her assets on the beach, but we have one question that remains unanswered:

If Helen Mirren is praised for wearing a bikini at 63, how come so many Hollywood starlets are scrutinized for wearing barely-there beachwear in their 20’s?

Is it because other women feel more threatened by women in their 20’s?

Hey, we say if you’ve got it, flaunt it. And Helen has clearly got it.

We hope we look as fantastic in a two-piece as her when we’re 63!

Dame Helen Is 'Nudist at Heart'

Dame Helen Mirren — the Oscar- and Emmy-winning 62-year-old who puts the "sex" back in "sexuagenarian" — has pronounced that she fully intends to bare all on film again, according to reports in newspapers across the pond. "I am a nudist at heart," Mirren says, adding, "I have never said 'never again' to nudity and I am not going to." That's good news for us, as it means there'll soon be another director out there we can pester for stills, as is our right as bloggers. Nigel Cole, director of Calendar Girls, has not returned our calls.

Helen Mirren's biography

Helen Mirren began as Ilyena Mironoff, having been born in England into a Russian family. Her grandfather was a Russian diplomat who was in London to buy arms for the Russians in 1917 when the October Revolution happened, and he decided to stay on, and his family joined him in London. Helen\'s great-great-great-great-grandfather was Field-Marshal Kamensky, a famous Russian general of the Napoleonic wars.

She began as a stage actress with Britain's National Youth Theatre and the Royal Shakespeare Company, moving on to films and television. She starred as a police inspector in the show Prime Suspect.

Helen has lived with director Taylor Hackford in Los Angeles since 1986, and they were married in 1997.

She became Dame Helen in 2003, when she was appointed a Dame Commander of the Order of the British Empire in the Queen's Birthday Honours, and is also an Associate Member of the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts (RADA).
